In this sculpture, Nebeker has recreated the concentration and focus of a hunter about to launch an arrow from his bow. The hunter’s body is still yet taut with the anticipation of ending a long tracking of his prey. Nebeker tells stories of the American west that are detailed and dignified portrayals.
